RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Lilly-Bel is dedicated to quality and consistency across their range of handmade products. We do ask customers to be mindful when purchasing any of our handmade items as they will have slight variations from colour, texture and dimensions due to all parts of the assembly being made by hand. This includes the pottery building, any glazing and printing, wax pouring, labelling and packaging. At Lilly-Bel we value the hands-on approach to our work as it allows greater freedom of creativity and increases employment opportunities to local artisans seeking to work in the creative sphere. This also allows each item to be unique as no two pottery products are the same. We want to thank you to all our valued customers who give us feedback so we can continue to creative beautiful and high-quality items to keep in your homes.

Returns

  • Our current policy does not allow for returns at this time. If the item/s received have clear damage adhered to them, please reach out to us at support@lilly-belcollections.com, providing a photo for reference. If our quality control team approves the report, we can offer a replacement.

  • Replacements for handmade items can only be offered up to two times from the same transaction if the replacement item also adheres damage and is approved by our quality control team.

  • At the current time, Lilly-Bel does not require damaged items to be sent back. The receiver is welcome to keep the item or dispose of it safely. We also can offer a store credit that will have a 6-month expiry equal to the same value as the damaged goods.  

  • Flagging any damaged items with our quality control must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. 

  • We do not offer any returns or exchanges on sale items. If a sale item is received damaged and been approved by our quality control team, we can offer a store credit of equal value.

  • Lilly-Bel Collections reserves the right to request any supporting images to approve a store credit or replacement.

Exchanges

  • Our current exchange policy does not allow for 'change of mind' or 'accidental purchases' exchanges at this time.

  • Please make sure to thoroughly check your shopping cart before purchasing any goods.

  • If the item received is not what was purchased according to your receipt, please reach out to us at support@lilly-belcollections.com, providing your receipt reference number and photo of the item received. If the quality control keep approves this mistake, we are happy for you to keep the mistaken item and can offer to either send the desired goods as per your receipt purchase or offer a store credit of the same value to use at a later time with a 6-month expiry.
